➢ All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from hotels, transporters, and other service providers.
➢ A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
➢ Travel vouchers and booking documents will generally be shared 48–72 hours prior to departure, subject to receipt of complete package payment.
➢ The advance amount paid towards reservation and blocking of services shall be strictly non-refundable.
➢ Full payment of the package cost must be completed before commencement of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing.
➢ Failure to make payment within the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
➢ Hotel/property names mentioned in quotations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In case of non-availability, similar category properties may be provided.
➢ Services and inclusions mentioned in the package are applicable only to the persons listed in the confirmed booking.
➢ Any additional person apart from the confirmed guests shall require prior approval and may attract additional charges.
➢ Extra persons may be accommodated on extra mattresses or rollaway beds as per hotel policy.
➢ Any meal, sightseeing, transfer, activity, or service not utilized by the traveler shall be treated as forfeited and will not be refundable.
➢ Room heaters, permits, entry tickets, parking charges, camera fees, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.
➢ Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification during the trip.
➢ Guests are advised not to carry excessive cash, jewellery, valuables, or expensive personal belongings. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
➢ Vehicle usage is strictly as per the confirmed itinerary. Extra usage may attract additional charges.
➢ Air conditioning in vehicles may be switched off during hill drives or traffic conditions as per safety requirements.
➢ Any damage caused to hotel rooms, vehicles, or properties by guests shall be payable directly by the traveler.
➢ Sightseeing points closed due to weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances shall not be refundable.
➢ Travel insurance is not included in the package cost unless specifically mentioned.
➢ By confirming the booking and making payment, the traveler acknowledges acceptance of all booking conditions of Advance Trip & Travel.
